My latest projects were our handfasting cord, ribbon wands, and ring box.
I’ve had these keys in my craft box for probably close to ten years and I’ve always hesitated using them, but they felt like the perfect addition here. I keep looking at the braiding and finding my little mistakes, but no one else is going to be looking that close! Braiding four different size/shape things together was an interesting lesson lol! I used a mauve ribbon, thick ivory cord (which I unraveled at the ends), tiny gold cord, and a lace trim. 
I made our daughters a little extra special with lace flowers on the wand (took forever, but it turned out better than I could have imagined!). We have several little girls coming to the wedding, so I made them some ribbon wands too.
The ring box was just a curio box I found at hobby lobby and loved. I think between the box, the foam, and the felt it was maybe $8, and I love it more than any of the boxes I’ve seen for $20+.
