Favorite cake flavor?

Each layer of our cake will be a different flavor. Frosting will be buttercream.

We've come to love almond, but surprisingly we picked a vanilla cake with white chocolate and raspberry filling. Our baker is PHENOMENAL. I knew she was it from the first bite.

We had 2 flavors in our wedding cake - tres leches and red velvet. Yummy!

I love chocolate salted caramel yummm......

During our tasting our favorite was the red velvet with a cream cheese frosting. We wanted to make sure our cake met most taste so our first tier is vanilla, second is chocolate, and the third is for FH and I is red velvet, with a vanilla frosting.

We are having an Almond Ring Cake, called a Kransekke. It is a Scandinavian thing.

I can’t speak regarding weddings (not even my own, since we are doing pies), but I do bake a lot. One of the most crowd-pleasing combinations I do is chocolate cake with raspberry jam and raspberry whipped cream filling and a plain whipped cream frosting.

Going to have an extra sheet cake in white and/or cupcakes

Our cake is going to Strawberries & Champagne- champagne cake with strawberry & champagne buttercream frosting. Our tasting cake was amazing! We are doing chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cupcakes for the guests

FH doesn’t like cake (he eats it out of a bowl... with milk...) so we’re doing a cookie cake! It has sentimental value and everybody likes cookies.

I'm not picky with cake flavors, I'm just picky about frosting and filling. I DESPISE fruit filling. I love cream cheese filling/frosting. That's all I want in life - cream cheese filling and frosting, and I'll be happy.

Our wedding cake is vanilla with strawberry filling and vanilla buttercream icing.

We’re doing cupcakes! One is German chocolate with salted caramel frosting, the others are margarita cupcakes and almond with Oreos/cookies and cream frosting.

We are having vanilla cake with raspberry preserves topped with raspberry swirl cheesecake and buttercream. Yum!

My favorite flavor is red velvet but my husband and no one else in my family like it. I chose chocolate cake with buttercream icing (my second favorite) because my husband's only request for the cake was no weird flavor.

Plain buttery buttercream with white cake. Classic.
