Ive seen a few posts like this before so Ill try to keep it simple.
I wasnt planning on doing a father/daughter dance since my dad and I arent really the type, but FH thinks we should.
My mother was very ill and passed away when i was 15, my dad remarried a year later. I moved out as soon as I graduated HS and we didnt speak for 4 years. I had a hard time dealing with his new wife.
When I got pregnant with my first son, he contacted me and things have gotten much better. We are very close now and have a pretty good relationship.
So what would be an appropriate song? I dont like any of the cliche songs. I was thinking maybe a song by an artist my mother liked. She liked Vince gill, Garth brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Reba, the old school country... Im stumped!!
