Father of bride tux color?

KaSandra, on February 23, 2017 at 7:58 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 5

My groom is gonna be in a full tux, groomsmen is gonna be in a tux without coat. Light grey. I was wondering if I should have my Father wear a different color tux. And if so what color? Everything ive read my Father is suppose to stand out as well. He holds a very important part of the wedding. Suggestions please. Pictures would help.

My groom and groomsmen will be in black tuxes, and my dad is wearing a charcoal suit. I think he'll look sharp.

Maybe do a darker gray like charcoal? That way it stands out but also compliments the GM.

My dad will actually be in the same tux as the groom and groomsmen. (But we went formal black tux, so anything different may have stood out even more than the groom). I think it's whatever you want Smiley smile

I am doing the same on the groom and groomsmen! My dad is going to wear his charcoal suit to save a little bit of money. We bought my father a tie to match my mom's dress. She is wearing a dark purple where as my bridesmaids are wearing lavender.
