Good afternoon!

I have my groom and his boys in olive green suits. My dad has not said anything directly to me, but I know he hates the suits. Would it look weird if he was in a blue with the other guys in green? I know it’s my day, but he’s helping a lot, and I want him to be happy.

Your dad doesn’t need to match or coordinate with the groomsmen, he should wear whatever color he wants.

Whatever color he wants to wear is fine! The parents don't need to match anyone, so whatever he feels the best and most comfortable in is the best choice!

This. Sometimes the dads do something to coordinate with the mom, but that's up to them. He's not a groomsman and doesn't need to look like one.

My fiancé and groomsmen are in hunter green and the dads are wearing navy. They’re all going to have the same ivory ties though. I think the navy/dark green combo looks nice.

I think that would look nice! The only thing I was concerned about was black and navy clashing so i specifically asked the fathers not to wear navy
