Father of bride color

My colors are navy and yellow. The groomsmen will be wearing navy & bridesmaids yellow. I’m not having my father walk me down even though he’ll be in attendance, my mother will be. I’m just trying to figure out what color will I have both my uncles wear since they will be walking my grandmother down and what color should I have my father wear? I don’t know that I want them in the same color as the groomsmen to stand out. Suggestions?

They should be able to wear whatever they are comfortable wearing. They don't need to wear any specific colors as they aren't in the bridal party.

Our colors are burgundy and navy. My dad asked me what color I wanted him in. I told him in the end it’s decision but That I’d prefer grey or navy, just not black. When my brother asked about the suits I told him dad was getting grey, and FH is in navy, but that since he’s not in the bridal party he gets to pick his own. He picked black, so we’ll have lots of colors 😂

I would say to let them wear whatever they want since they aren’t really part of the bridal party.

I wouldn’t dictate what they wear but personally I think navy or gray would be your best options in order to coordinate.
