I have googled and listened to I don't know how many songs and I am throwing up the white flag on this one. We lost my dad in 2017 and my mother isn't the "center of attention" type....so i want to avoid making her uncomfortable. So my father-in-law has offered his hand to dance with me for our reception in place of the father daughter dance. I cannot find a song i think fits best for us to dance to. I'm looking for a country songs ONLY. Please help!!

I’m doing Just Fishin’ by Trace Atkins as my father/daughter dance. That may not be entirely appropriate for you and your FIL, but I love it. I also second My Wish and I Hope You Dance- both beautiful songs. I also love Stealing Cinderella a lot. I also love You’re Gunna Miss This by Trace Adkins and that one could be perfect for you! Good luck- it will be perfect!
