Father daughter dance

Hello, so I’m getting married next year and sadly my dad passed away suddenly last year. I want to ask my nephew who will be 16 at the time to be a stand in for the father daughter dance. (He’s like my little brother). I’m already asking him to be one of the groomsmen and have the groomsmen proposal ready to go, I just don't know to how to ask him if he will dance with me and I like to add it into the proposal. Any cute/creative advice or suggestions would be amazing. Thank you!
