There are some great Spotify playlists, I listened to those until I found I song I absolutely loved and already knew all the words to but didn’t remember where I had heard the song before. It’s a great place to get some song ideas.

Do you have a song or a band that you and your dad bonded over?
My dad and I have rocked out to The Clash since I was a kid. I want to try and do a mix of a few of their songs and maybe our DJ can slow it down for us. Just something that I know will make him smile even though they’re not cute slow dance songs haha

What Anais is saying. My dad and I had a rather unusual father/daughter dance - "Time of My Life" from Dirty Dancing.

We chose that song because we used to watch that movie all the time when I was a kid (...I finally figured out why in my late 20s, I'm ashamed it took that long), so the soundtrack meant a lot to us.

The best thing about weddings is that you get to make all these choices that reflect YOU and your history, so go for something that means something to you and your dad - silly or sad or whatever!
