Father Daughter dance song

My sister used "I Loved Her First" and my brother and I are doing "I Hope You Dance" or "My Wish" I just can't decide!

We’re dancing to Butterfly Kisses. It’s one of my dad’s favorite songs and he used to play it for me all the time when i was little.

I think I'm going to do "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac with my dad. I agree, some songs that I thought about first, I really looked at the lyrics and I didn't want to dance with my dad to them because they weren't appropriate 😂

My dad and I have had a special song for just the two of us ever since I was a baby. My dad used to sing me to sleep and my favorite was always "Can't Help Falling In Love With You" by Elvis Presley, which I always called "Wise Men."

It really means a lot to us, so we're using this song. Not sure if it's on any "lists" though! Lol!

I am thinking of using "Forever Young" by Rod Stewart because it kind of sounds like he is telling whoever things to remember.

We are doing the father daughter and mother son dance at the same time to "god only knows" by the beach boys

My dad and I danced to Freebird... much slower and shorter than the original version. It’s my dads fave song and I always tease him about being the guy yelling “Freebird” at a concert, so he loved it.

We are dancing to Butterfly Kisses. My dad would always sing that to me when I was little and we would dance to it. My first jewelry box played the song too. He always said I gave the best butterfly kisses when he was tucking me into bed. So it is a very meaningful song to us.
