Falsies vs lash extensions

I prefer individuals rather than strips. Strips are convenient because you can take put them on and take them off the same day but individuals look more natural and last longer. I plan to get mink individuals for my big day.

I got lash extensions and they ruined my real lashes so I wouldn’t do them again. I also didn’t like having to be careful around getting my eyes wet, how I slept, and rubbing my eyes. I do know people that absolutely love them though but they weren’t for me.

I did false lashes with mascara the day of and they looked great! As Kelly said, lash extensions will ruin your real lashes.

Hated extensions. I had a membership and got them filled but they always fell out within days. It had nothing to do with how I "cared for" them. I think I sleep with my face in the pillow. They also didn't give the glam wow vibe that false lashes do. I 100% say go with false.

Personally I love how extensions look, but when I had them they were incredibly hard to maintain (would get smooshed while I slept, had to be very careful with makeup and makeup remover). When I had them taken off my natural lashes were short and broken for months. For that reason alone I vowed I wouldn't get them again.

If you've never had extensions, I wouldn't do them now. I'd just do falsies and you'll be happy. You could look into a lash lift & tint too, but it's hard to experiment this close to the wedding.

Falsies for sure! I got lash extensions and they are amazing for a natural look, but they don’t have the va va voom for my wedding day... I would say definitely go for the falsies. Also lash extensions are so hard to take care of and upkeep ($$$&dollar

I got a lash lift and 100% recommend that! Less maintenance/risk than a lash extension, but you get the look of false eyelashes for sure.
