I got engaged in September of 2023, and I am wanting a winter wedding. We don't have an exact date but hoping to aim for 2027. Budget wouldn't be a problem, but I like to be conservative with money and stick to a lower budget (15-20k), and we have a guest list reduced to 40 people. We live in Corning, NY and would want to get married in PA, or somewhere closest to Scranton, PA. Does anyone have any suggestions?
