I'm pretty excited, we're going to The Big Fake Wedding in San Francisco tonight. It'll be me, FH, his best man and one of my BMs. I've got about 75‰ of the planning done but I could use some decor ideas and timeline ideas. I think this will be a fun way to wedding plan. Plus we get to eat, drink, and dance! Tomorrow FHs cousin is getting married so we get to attend a real wedding. Lol! By Saturday I think I will be overly ready for my own wedding! April hurry up!

Oh, that sounds fun Hopefully it's not too foggy at Fort Mason (yes, I just looked The Big Fake Wedding up ). Where's your cousin's wedding?

I couldn't convince FH to do the Big Fake Wedding in Denver next week. To be fair, it is a weeknight and completely across town, so getting there and back would be a hassle, but I thought it'd still be a fun way to get pumped for our own wedding next year!

@Corinne I will defintely be dressing warm for SF tonight. On the other hand FHs wedding is at 3pm tomorrow in Sacramento. Sooo a whole different weather situation there. I'll definitely let you all know how it is. It sounds like a really cool idea instead of just going to a regular wedding fair.

I hadn't ever heard of that! I wish I had known about it before now. I've been dying out in the Tri-Valley. Thank goodness I work in Oakland and can run on my lunch instead of in 100 degree Dublin.

@FutureMrsDrF you can look up the website TheBigFakeWedding.com but I think they only have one show in Northern California and it' in SF. @Corinne where at in Livermore? I am getting married at Wente next April. I am pretty excited about the venue.

They are getting married at Garre, which seems to be down the road from Wente. I don't know the area too well, but I had lunch there when I had a meeting at the Livermore Lab.

We need to have another Bay Area Social, I couldn't make it to the last one
