Fake Flowers?

I think I'm going to do fake. I have bad allergies and don't want to be sneezing 🤣

We went with Silk flowers and ordered them from Amazon. My step-mom made all the arrangements and it barely cost anything to do it. I think it's worth it if you're on a budget. Plus, it's only one day. So I've heard so many friends say they wish they didn't spend what they did on flowers. Fake are lighter too and dont look droopy lol.

Im using those Sola wood flowers. I was quoted at way over 2 grand at my florist for FAKE flowers. Im sort of a minimalist so I couldn't understand what it was so high just for a few things for the bridal party(of 4). I went to Etsy and found someone making things out of the sola wood flowers and i liked their work. Long story short: I got everything and then some for $950..

I'm doing fake flowers. The lady that is making them makes them from silk. She has done a lot of the friends I have on Facebook wedding and from pictures they look amazing. You can't even tell they are fake. The best thing about fake flowers is that you can save your bouquet.

Going fake all the way lol gonna buy them from Michael's and sticking to simple decor. also using floating candles and votive candles. thankfully my venue allows them.

My whole wedding had fake flowers. The centerpieces and floral chandelier I made on my own. I ordered a package off Etsy, dexin floral, that included my bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 throw bouquet, corsage for the flower good, and 6 boutonnières for the groomsmen and groom.


I got all the flowers from hobby lobby during their 50% off sales. They usually have one every other week.

I have artificial flowers for my bouquet (although the eucalyptus is real, just dried/preserved) and silk petals in my centerpiece lanterns. FH's bout is also artificial but don't have a good picture of that, but it looks good.

This is my bouquet. I made it with fake flowers from Ling’s Moment. I noticed there is more variety on Amazon than the actual website. They’re made from foam and silk so they look real!

We had fake flowers as I am allergic! 😅 But our flowers turned out beautifully! 😍💕 I would post more pictures but these are all I have until we get more from the photographer.
