Fake flowers for toss??

bouquetFake flowers for toss?? 1

Is this ok, or is it required to be real flowers/bride own bouquet? I found a 'real touch' bouquet on amazon for like $10, and I was figuring if this is ok or if it is side-eyed...

I know bouquet toss is not required, but is a tradition I want to follow...

Thanks in advance!

I think its ok. I caught the bouquet at my cousin's wedding and it was with fake flowers. It was beautiful, well it still is. I have it in a vase in my room. I was even thinking of giving that one tio through at my wedding. It gave me luck l! =)

I know some florists will make a "toss bouquet" as part of the package.

I feel like if the bride has a real flower bouquet, then she should be tossing a real flower bouquet. I don't even care about the bouquet toss, but I would totally side eye you if I saw you sashay down the aisle with a cascading bouquet full of fresh flowers and then tossed a $10 fake flower bouquet at all the single ladies. If you also have a faux flower bouquet then fine. And I think tossing the bride's bouquet makes more sense if you're following the tradition, but these days people make bouquets that are way too big and want to keep it, so they create a smaller toss bouquet.

I think it's fine .. we aren't doing a toss .. but why would you spend 200+ on fresh flowers to throw them lmao

Ok, so divided opinions here lol...

Ok, so I'm having a cascade orchids bouquet - which I'm definitely not going to toss... Can I then do like roses or maybe baby breath one? Or carnations? (these are flowers that I'm not using on my wedding, as Im only using greenery)

Have you spoken to your florist to see if perhaps they can throw in a free toss bouquet?

I don't understand the issue with a fake one at all. Your bouquet doesn't sound like you can throw it easily, so who cares what the toss one is? Then again, all my flowers were fake, and I didn't have a toss, so ¯\_(?)_/¯
