Fairy lights

Hello ladies, I need your opinion on doing fairy lights during the day at 5:00?
I plan on doing a few flowers here and there & add some fairy lights on the arch.
But my ceremony starts at 5:00 and it’s in Texas.Would anyone even notice since it’s most likely going to be daylight outside? I’ve always wanted some sort of pretty lights like this in my wedding 😭
