Fabvogue dress arrived the day before the wedding (mother of the bride) and was probably 2 sizes too small. In the meantime I had purchased a dress as the wedding was out of state. I attempted to return it by requesting a return authorization. They insisted that I send a photograph of myself, in the dress, and using a tape measure to show them that it did not fit and that I was indeed that size. They said that I should have allowed 12 days when ordering the dress to have it altered. I asked why I would pay for a dress which arrived too late and quite frankly there would not have been enough fabric to have it altered. Also I said that it would be ridiculous to take a photo of the dress as they didn't know who would be wearing it. I wish I would have been smart enough to look up the company first. Lesson learned!

PLEASE NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I am going to take the suggestion from the person who said to return the dress without a return number and attempt to get my money back. It isn't the $250 that matters it's the FALSE ADVERTISING.

Just received my mother of the bride dress. My daughter gets married in Jan. ordered a 14 which is my size and size of 95% of my dresses. Dress comes in a timely fashion BUT the dress is at least two sizes too small. Again, they wanted me to take pics and measurements. Once I did that, I get an email saying basically it's my fault and I can keep it or sell it WTF. I WILL be contacting my credit card company. I will NEVER order from a company like this again.

They are AWFUL! I just recently ordered a dress from them and paid extra to have it custom made. I don't know what they did but they sure didn't make the dress to the measurements that I specified. There is no phone number and can only be reached through email. The email responses are unprofessional, from sentence structure, punctuation, etc. Fabvoguedress will not make good on what they have messed up on! Their response and advice was to take my dress to the local seamstress and send them the bill. How do I know and trust to make good on it. Why would I pay anything extra to have my dress altered that they didn't make accordingly from the beginning what was the point of custom ordering my dress? Very upset and disappointed. Never again will I order from this company or recommend them.
