Fabric material

Hello ladies!
What are you guys favorite material for the bridesmaid's dresses? I'm looking at the online stores and they seem to have more in the satin, which I didn't want. I thought I wanted the chiffon, but compared to satin it doesn't look as stylist. My party is young adult to middle aged. Thoughts???Fabric material 1Fabric material 2

Satin is not forgiving unless everyone has a perfectly symmetrical slender body. Chiffon is forgiving and more compatible with a variety of body types.

I actually think satin is very flattering as long as the dress is tailored properly, regardless of body type. Chiffon is a very popular fabric for bridesmaids dresses because it often requires less tailoring.

They can pick the chiffon dress up off the floor and wear it, and it will look much nicer and not wrinkled than satin.

Satin looks very nice. But chiffon is just easier to travel with and cheaper over all if they need to tailor it.

I would also take when/where your wedding is into account. If you’re doing an outdoor wedding in the summer, sweating in satin would be SO uncomfortable. And if you’re doing a winter wedding, there are some velvet options out there that are gorgeous!

That's very true...satin would be hot in May. All the more reason why I'm not considering it anymore.

I personally love how chiffon flows since it's so lightweight!
