Fabric for dress!

I'm having the hardest time finding a specific fabric that I'd like added to my dress. I want the skirt to be sparkly so they're adding sparkle fabric under the skirt but I have to supply the fabric. Panicking because I can't go to any stores and everything I find online, they run out of by the time I get the sample and even know if it's what I need or not. Found what I want at Michaels and we ordered it but 2 weeks later they say it was discontinued. Found it again on Etsy and by the time I got the sample she only had 3 yards left and I need 10.

I need it white with silver glitter. There's tons of this online but they all shine different colors in different lightings and is not what I'm looking for. The one pitctured is exactly what I need but, again, she's out of it and doesn't know when she'll get it in again.
