Eyelashes

Leila, on August 4, 2017 at 11:30 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 15

I wear an eye mask to sleep so my eye lashes over time have been smooshed/flattened ... any ideas on how to perk them up in time for my wedding ?

You can use rapid lash, it helps them grow. I would stop wearing the sleep mask. Also invest in a nice eyelash curler and start taking biotin Smiley smile

Eyelash extensions or get LashSense with Undersense (primer and mascara) that gives length and curl to your lashes without having to use an eyelash curler. And it's waterproof and smudge proof. And no more sleep mask!

Have you tried an eyelash curler? And lots of good quality mascara!

I use a sleep mask with raised parts for the eyes so it doesn't put pressure on them. I got it at bed bath and beyond.

My friend uses a Rodan & Fields product (don't know which one) that stimulates eyelash growth. She swears by it and even uses it on her eyebrows!

Sounds like you need blackout curtains.

I have an eye mask with raised parts for the eyes! You should get one of those. I got mine on Amazon. Plus, it's super helpful for naps when you don't want to mess up your makeup too!

The rodan + fields product mentioned above is called Lash Boost, I use it every night. My lashes have seemed to grow longer. I've also heard you can use castor oil and use a clean mascara wand and apply at night.

Bucky eye masks are great and dont crush my lashes- I pick them up at Marshall's or TJ Maxx- I have a few! I used Rodan & Field's Lash Boost and have for about a year when it was introduced and whether or not I curl them before mascara, people always comment on them! When I forgot to use it for a week, I can definitely notice a difference.

Along with trying out the new eye mask others have suggested, I second trying Rapid Lash (Dermstore or Nordstrom), as well as coating your lashes with Vaseline a few times a week-- it will slightly condition and help act as a barrier between your lashes and mask.

Bed bath and beyond has an eye mask that is raised in the eye areas, as pp have mentioned. Also, black out curtains sound like a good idea. Good luck!
