Exwife from Hell

Elisha, on August 3, 2019 at 9:14 PM Posted in Family and Relationships 0 12
So my fiancé was married to some crazy women and had 2 beautiful children whom I’ve come to love dearly. As we all know children will be children and do things wrong. The last time we seen the children which is almost 5 weeks ago I yelled at my son in front of his kids and they told their mother about it feeling as though they were in trouble as well. She has now used that as a reason to not comply with the court order custody agreement between them and he hasn’t seen his kids. Our wedding is literally 20 days away which we specifically planned during our schedule time with them and we now have to face the reality that his children may not be there. So my question to everyone who reads in the event that his children is not there what could I do to help keep my fiancé spirit high on our wedding day?

Just based on what you have said here I feel like she was just waiting on something to happen to keep the kids away. It's no coincidence that it's right before your wedding. If it's court ordered he needs to call the police

Yeah we have and unfortunately they cops won’t force her to turn them over they only write a report for him to provide to the courts. He has filed all the paperwork with the courts to hold her in competent of court but the earliest date we can get is October 9th 🤦🏽‍♀️

Can he file for an emergent hearing? At least in my state, they can push those up sooner.

Maybe he can come them up from school early the day before and just keep them and after he picks them up he can send her a text saying hey don't worry I have the kids will bring them home on sunday

Tell him you know his kids want to be there and next time he sees them you all will find something to do together.
Be sure to file a new report for every missed instance of custody and include that their mother forced them to miss the wedding in your documents for the judge to review. I am sure once the judge sees their mother meddled with a wedding hell realize exactly what happened.

You should just go to court before the wedding say she is violating the order and ask the judge to issue a decision instanter ( meaning right now) so that they can be there. I don't know what state you are in but it doesn't matter it will work for any state if you do it ASAP.

He should file again asking for instanter rather than just a typical motion hearing.

She’s in contempt of court. My brother in law just went through this when his ex wife didn’t turn over their son when the court order specified. His lawyer filed contempt charges, the police served her, she turned over their son, and a court date was set. But without a lawyer and charges filed, the police won’t be able to do anything else.
