Experience with Cocomelody

I ordered my dress on April 3rd from cocomelody.com. I emailed with a customer service rep to make sure I had the timeline down right. 35 days for production and 7-10 days for shipping. 35 days was last week on May 8th. My dress hasn’t shipped yet and I’m beginning to get nervous. I thoroughly researched their website and did find a few negative reviews but overall good stuff. I don’t think I’d trust them if they were ALL glowing, not everyone has a great experience at wonderful places, right? So basically, I’m just trying to see how everyone else’s experience was. How long did it take your dress to ship? How long did it take to be delivered? How was your dress when you got it? I sent in my measurements for custom sizing as well, if that helps.

    Keep in mind that your dress has to go through customs, and with the Trump administration’s YOOGELY successful trade talks with China (🙄🙄🙄), shipments from China might be delayed as retaliation. I would call by the end of the week if you haven’t gotten a shipping notification.

    I had wonderful experience with Cocomelody. My production time was 40 days, custom dress ( added corset and measurements). My dress was done in 41 days, and I paid for expedited shipping and it was here in 3 once shipped. When I emailed to check on status on day 40
    it took two days for a response and it was finished with qc and mailed out.
    a few brides have had them ship without notification but that doesn’t seem to be the norm. I’d give them a day or two to find your dress then email again. If you are on the Facebook page and you still don’t hear anything post something on there about not hearing back and they have us based customer service reps who will track it down and make it right.
    My dress is nothing short of perfection and I’m so happy I went with them! They do make things right. Facebook is a great resource. I hope everything works out great!

    Hey Kaitlyn! Have you emailed customer service so that they can give you an update on your dress? I wouldn't begin to worry yet, there may be an explanation as to why you haven't received your dress yet.
