Exchanging dress at David's bridal ?

My friend did an exchange aT db. She bought a dress too small in hopes to lose weight and that didn't go as planned. One db location told her no exchanges but another allowed her to. I would call locations near you and see what they say. Seems to depend on the manager of the store

My DB in Albany, NY said absolutely you can exchange gowns; I was worried about losing a significant amount of weight since I am on weight watchers. My consultant reassured me we can exchange for another size or credit towards another style, and they can alter 2 sizes down.

I was able to exchange mine for a smaller size and they even price matched the current sale so I ended up getting refunded $400! I was very impressed with them!

I exchanged mine! It has to be equal or greater value. I lost 40 lbs and we moved our date way out. So, DO OVER!!

I had to exchange mine. Just know that they give absolutely no cash back so you habe to buy one for the same price. You can cover the difference if you find one on the higher end. Overall I had a horrible experience with DB though. Good luck.
