Exchange of rings, Before or After vows

Do you do the Exchange of Rings before or after the Vows? I am trying to write out our Vows/Ceremony and am not sure where to put what. Thanks.

    Traditionally you say your vows first, and then the officiant begins the ring ceremony and you do the ring vows to seal it.

    Usually it's the vows first. I would check with you officiant to see how they are arranging your ceremony though.

    Vows first. Your officiant should have an outline of the ceremony order for you however.
