Evite or not to Evite that is the question?

There's nothing like getting a wedding invitation in the mail. I wouldn't do an Evite.

Far too informal for my tastes. This is a big event, spring for the real thing.

Nah I wouldn't. I know my poor little granny would never see it! If you're photoshop literate at all, it's so cheap to design your own invites and get them printed. for 100 it's looking to be about $50 with envelopes and all (for me)

Quite informal to me. The only exception I would make is for a friend who is a die-hard environmentalist. All e-Bills, no paper bills, heavy into recycling, etc. It really is lifestyle for her so I would understand in that case.

Please don't do an e-vite. Invitations don't need to be astronomically expensive. Mine cost $50 to send out 60 for 100 guests. I did just an invite. I didn't do a RSVP card rather I opted for the online way via my wedding website. It's working great! It's easy for guests and it's cost efficient for you.

I have older guests that this wouldn't work for. My 98 year old great grandma wouldn't see it. I haven't sent out invites because it's too soon but when I sent out the STD's, it was really awesome when people would Snapchat it to me, saying they can't wait for my wedding!! I know I'll get the same feeling when I send out physical invites.

Nope. A wedding is a life-changing event that deserves the dignity of a paper invitation. It's not a kid's birthday party!

Evite would say to me that the wedding is very informal. Unless your wedding is the same level of informality of a pool party, I wouldn't go with an evite.

Send paper and do online RSVP's. Check out vistaprint, If your worried about cost there are some pretty inexpensive options out there
