Every Dress i Like is From China

Why don’t you just try searching reputable sites like DB, Azazie, Lulu’s, etc instead of Googling or Pinteresting “bridesmaids dresses.” That way you’re not opening yourself up to the opportunity of falling in love with a dress from a sketchy seller.

In my tradition we don’t wear white dresses, to be honest I’ve looked, but I haven’t found anything I like. Sadly, Lavender dresses that incorporate nature are in short supply.

Look at Cocomelody, they have both wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses.

Does it have to be lavender and nature themed? That’s some tight criteria.

I would look at custom Etsy dresses before ordering from those retailers. They often come completely different from the picture, if at all (in my experience).

What sort of nature theme are you referring to? Is it something you could DIY yourself once you find a dress or take for alterations?

I was having that problem too lol with no returns or only return if something wrong with the dress so I was like ah!!!! But I ended up finding mine at a local bridal shop ! Just keep looking around !!!!

My 👰👗came from China.

I had no problems.

However, I placed my order in May 2018. My Wedding is in 18 days now.

I had to order it to get the one that I wanted.

Honestly your best bet to find a more formal lavender dress is to hit up the stores around Homecoming time when they are packed full of all sorts of formal dresses.

I dreaded dress shopping. I didn't want to spend a lot on a dress and every "bridal" gown I found that I actually liked was pushing 5k. My friend planned the dress shopping trip. We hit up T.J. Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, and had others planned such as Banana Republic, Forever XXI, Marshalls, Macy's Express, H&M, J. Crew, Gap, etc., but I found something great at Nordstrom. It ticked a lot of boxes. It was my size, it wasn't white, it wasn't revealing, it was an a-line cut, etc.

If you're looking for "non-traditional" dresses I recommend stores that don't advertise themselves as bridal stores.

I got my dress from a local bridal shop and it was made and shipped from China. It took 6 months to come in and I had no issues. The owner of the shop said the majority of dresses come from China now.

Everyone, I was looking for something with 3D flowers. I'm a big fan of off the shoulder or dresses with sleeves. I have no skills as a seamstress so editing my own dress would probaly go horribly. I will check around some of the non-traditional stores. I never thought the wedding dress part would be this hard.

I have bought a lot from Etsy without much issue. Another bride on here bought her dress from Etsy and loves it. I bought mine from China through Amazon and love it but I did a ton of research including every review and picture I could get my hands on.

Does anyone know how sizings been. I’ve ordered a few things from Asia, but I know they generally run pretty small.
