Hi ladies! If you got your veil on etsy or Amazon, what company did you get it through? Was it soft?

I actually asked about Etsy last week and many people had great experiences. They mentioned a few shops that were great! Here's their responses.

Thank you for the link! That's perfect.

I can't wait until they get a search function on mobile. Lol

I bought three on Amazon prime to try out for $25-40 each, I'll mail back what I don't like. So far only one has arrived and I like it a lot but the color of ivory is wrong. But, free returns...

I bought mine on Etsy for $40. It was stiff when I received it, but I put it in the bathroom while I showered so the steam could get to it and it is much better.

I got mine from Simply Blue Bridal on etsy. It's very soft, I love it. It's edged with silver seed beads, just beautiful. I can't wait to wear it on Saturday!!

Love mine from Amazon. Can't remember who I got it from. But after 5.00 to get it steamed it was well worth the 30 I spent on it

I got a totally beautiful veil off of Etsy from SimplyBlueBridal. She even made a custom length for me! It is a waltz length so it comes to about the back of the thigh/knee.

I don't really know how to answer the was it soft question, because it's tulle. To some extent tulle is just not super soft as far as I know. But it has a beautiful flow: not stiff or unshapely.

I got my birdcage from etsy. Super happy with it! I think the shop name is gilded shadows. Not sure if they have traditional veils.

Bought mine off of amazon. It was the perfect shade of ivory and looked great with my dress. The tulle was a little stiff when it first arrived but I left it hanging for a few weeks and steamed it the day before the wedding. On that day it looked awesome and flowed nicely. This is the shop in case you're interested http://www.amazon.com/SparkleyCrystal/b/ref=w_bl_sl_ap_ap_web_9739003011?ie=UTF8&node=9739003011&field-lbr_brands_browse-bin=SparkleyCrystal

I ordered my veil here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/VeilsofArt. It's a wonderful shop, where you can get a professional advice, talk to designer about your wishes and doubts and the she will make your own veil for you. Prices there are also very nice. I think, you may find your veil here.

Mine is from BlancaVeils on etsy. It was $40 for chapel length - they'll send a sample packet of swatches of all their tulle and lace options so you can ensure a match.

@Niki: I just ordered my sample packet from them! My biggest fear is the veil not matching my dress. But that sample packet should fix that problem! Thank you for suggesting them! How is the quality of the veil?
