I would like to comment on a recent purchase from RenzRags. My daughter and 4 bridesmaids ordered their dresses from this store. The dresses were all correct except the bride's. Even though the measurements were correct the dress the top (bust area) was so big. Easily 2" on either side will need to be taken in. I contacted them to see if they would be willing to offer some sort of compensation for the alterations. After back and forth emails they offered to give us....wait for it.....$10.00. I told them to keep it and they would be getting negative reviews from us on their customer service. As I said the dresses were fine except for that. If they had been a little more interested in the problem it wouldn't have been so bad but their communication skills are non-existent.

    I almost ordered my BM dresses from them. Eek sorry had such a bad experience.

    I'm sorry you had such a bad experienceSmiley sad I've used them twice and they were great both times. Both were bridesmaid dresses tho, not a wedding dress.

    My BMs report that their RenzRags dresses fit them perfectly.

    And it's better to need something taken in than taken out. Annoying yes, but not hellacious.

    I've actually had the opposite experience with their customer service. I asked a ton of questions before ordering my bridesmaid dresses and they were super responsive and helpful.

    Any chance your daughter had on a very padded or push up bra when she was measured? It's also super important to keep the tape measure parallel to the floor with your arms by your side when measuring the bust. Lots of people tend to screw that one up.
