Escort cards - Couples or individual cards?

Hey Everyone! I'm trying to decide what to do for escort cards. I've seen weddings that have individual place cards and I've also seen weddings that have couples on the place cards. My situation is unique in which everyone is getting a dual entree - crab cake & filet mignon. Since everyone is getting the same, I figured that couples on place cards would be fine. However, some are vegetarians/can't eat red meat/etc. so they their plates will be different. The venue will have the name/table # of the special plates. Do you think I should still do individual place cards to make things easier? or would couples sharing a card be OK? Thank you!
