Envelopes for Save-the-dates

V, on December 27, 2019 at 7:30 PM Posted in Planning 0 9
So I took advantage of Shutterfly’s 50% Off Sitewide sale (ends tonight!) to order our Save-The-Date magnets. (Yay!) The only problem is that we don’t have our guest list 100% finalized yet, and we are still collecting addresses , so we didn’t ordered addressed envelopes. Also, Shutterfly only included the boring plain white ones, which is not my style 😂
Does anyone have a recommendation for a website to order JUST envelopes for our Save-The-Dates, and have them addressed? The only ones I saw on Shutterfly or Magnetstreet are the j ones that come with the already-purchased cards.

Do you or anyone you know have a Cricut? I also got the boring white envelopes (but from Vistaprint) for our magnet STDs and I used my Cricut to add the addresses. It was a bit of a labor of love, but it turned out great. Otherwise, you could always make a nice design on Word and use clear Avery labels to slap on the front.

Another option is going on Etsy and buying a stamp for the return address they have some pretty cool ones that are decently priced!

We also printed directly on our envelopes. We used an Excel mail merge to create the envelope template with a flowy font.

You can just send the envelopes through a regular sized printer? I'd be so afraid of messing them up!

Address them yourself using Microsoft Word. It's super easy to do. I just watched a few youtube videos, and figured it out with no problem. It's like printing on paper except in envelopes.

Many printers have a special tray where you insert envelopes. Same as printing on paper. You could also bring them to a local printer who will print them directly as well.
