Enjoying youth vs having child earlier

I'll be 32 in a few days and my husband and I are planning to try next year, we just want to take advantage of the time we have together alone because once start a family our focus will be different. We will have a tiny person to care for and teach things to and more. Maybe 2 years after we started dating both my husband and I got new jobs. However, as you know when you start a new job you start from the bottom when it comes to vacation etc. So we each have 10 days or so a year of vacation, my company only offers 4 sick days and that means that I can not afford much time off. We also work opposite schedules basically and only have 1 day where we are both off together. We just wanted to enjoy each other a little longer before we brought another life into this earth.

I got married on 6/20/20. Husband and I are now 38 and 45 and no kids yet. We will talk more after our 1st anniversary in just a few weeks but we honestly just don't know yet. We still have some time but we wanted to just be married first and learn to navigate that then talk about kids.
