Engagement rings?

My ring and the center dimond is his great great great grandmothers dimond.

I had to part with it for a few days when I took it in to be resized and have the band fixed (I cracked it rock climbing because I didn't think to take it off). It's still a little too big but I'm afraid the next size down would be too small.

@Sydney- you know they can do quarter sizes right? My ring is size 4.25

We thought about changing the setting slightly to allow more light into the diamond, but I've decided I love it so much that I don't want to part with it or change it! Not sure what a complimentary wedding band will look like, but we have tons of time to figure it out

Here is mine with my wedding bands I get to wear on a daily beginning next Saturday. I had to part with mine for 2 weeks to get it resized and dipped. I felt so naked!

@Rusty yes! My original size was a 4.75 and it's a 4.5 right now but I'm just worried the 4.25 would be too tiny. I get so anxious thinking about my ring getting stuck on my finger and having to get it cut off. Which is probably relatively irrational haha.

Im inlove with mine! My Fh had it custom made for me. The heart shapped diamond is out of the very first ring my dad gave my mom. I havent had to part with it thank goodness!
