Engagement Pictures

If you plan on using them for your save the dates, I would say anywhere from 7-9 months before the wedding. We're having our pictures done September 15th and using them for our save the dates going out in October!

If you don't plan on using them for anything other than to have, then whenever you feel like it!

Honestly, you can do them whenever you would like! Like what Amber said if you do use them for the STDs then you would want to do them earlier so you can send them out. We are doing our engagement photos next month and then sending out the STDs the last week of October or early November. It's up to you!

We're doing them next month (October) and getting married the following October. I think sending out STD's sooner rather than later is the best route to go.

I don't think there's a right time, per say. FH and I took ours about 1-2 months after we got engaged!

Whenever you and your significant other are free. We did some during the Summer so we could send out a nice save-the-date and we plan on taking some more this Fall. Mainly because we are getting married next Fall and we can have more options for the Invites or for a slide show on the big day.
