Engagement pictures location? Chicago suburbs

Mundelein Seminary has beautiful grounds that would make for some lovely pictures. They have Saint Mary's Lake and lots of gorgeous landscaping. I know it's open to the public so I don't think taking photos there would be an issue.

The only thing to clear - while the seminary mentioned may be public, it doesn't always mean you can take photos there without clearing it with someone first. We took pictures in public parks in Pittsburgh, ducked into the city library to change, and since the architecture is so nice decided to take a few photos. The guard was nice and let us do some in the stairwell but we were not allowed in the main part/hallway without a permit from the library.
