Engagement Pictures Insecurity

I haven't posted on WeddingWire before, so hello to everyone! I was hoping to get some advice on how to best overcome some engagement photo insecurities that I have. My FH and I are taking our engagement photos next week and as excited as I am, I'm also dreading it. I've gained a little bit of happy-relationship weight and the past few photos I've seen of myself I can't stand. My FH and I have been working out and eating better the past few weeks, but I think my body needs some time to catch up because the numbers on the scale haven't changed. FH says I look thinner and always look beautiful because he's a sweetheart, but it's hard to see that about myself. Has anyone else been in this situation? Any tips on how to get over that and have a great time and actually enjoy the pictures?

We got our engagement pictures back on Sunday and I wanted to share a few. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! Our photographer is amazing and did a great job of letting us just have fun with each other and not be too posed and formal.

Thank you all so much for the kind words and advice on my insecurities. Going to get my hair and makeup done was a great idea and really helped to make me feel super confident the day of the pictures!
