Engagement photos

Congratulations!

We have not done our engagement photos yet, but we are scheduled to do so in September and plan on using our wedding colors (burgundy and gold for a fall 2021 wedding). We chose to stick with the color scheme because we are asking our guests to dress in the same colors as the wedding party and thought it would look better to keep the attire the same colors as the wedding/save the date color scheme across the board. I bought a very formal burgundy dress and he will be wearing a burgundy sweater/turtle neck with khakis. We are using a sign to remind our guests what the wedding hashtag will be but that's it. Hopefully, you choose whatever make you feel comfortable and beautiful

I wore a dress i already had and it was not my wedding colors. if you want to buy something new, it would be a good excuse to aha but i think just remember to wear something that is true to yourself.

I did pick wedding colors and I liked that it worked for our wedding even better. I bought my dress off of Lulu's, bought a blush maxi dress.

We're doing a slightly fancy shoot because we had a photographer friend at our proposal and that was more casual. So I bought a gorgeous long burgundy dress from SHEIN online (which is also one of our wedding colors) and FH is wearing a button down and slacks
