Engagement photo ideas for a tall-short couple

Your photographer should know good poses to work for you - if they're not experienced, why are you having your photos taken by them?

I agree with Fall Bride. I think having him pick you up would look cute!

Or maybe something like this:

My brother and his wife had the same problem....he's 6'4 and she's 4'11. Their photographer had them take a lot of photos where he was sitting and she was standing or where they were both sitting on the ground. They took their photos in a public park that had pretty stone steps, so they also took a lot of pictures where she was standing several steps above him to minimize the height difference (these pics were taken from the waist up, so you couldn't see their feet on the steps if that makes sense lol).

Great ideas ladies.

Our photographer had me stand on a rock and a few different logs in some of our pictures, and wrap my arms around him or kiss him. We did out doors, nature type photos, so that worked really well, and also, I agree with the other ladies about having him sit or having him pick you up or the piggy back ride and such. All great ideas, ladies! =)

My photographer did this... its one of my favorite pics!

I'm 5'2" (barely), and DH is 6'. We did them mostly with him sitting on a short fence, and me standing. Also some really cute ones of me looking up at him, kissing, etc. Actually looked really cute.

This pic was him sitting.

Oh, and on a hill.

My FH and I did pictures just to have some nice ones of us before. These aren't our EPics. But we did these poses. He's 6'5 and I'm 5'7 without heels.

And I agree with the sitting poses. Here's another idea for that.

Our photographers took their regular poses, had us try them then modified them to make them less awkward!
