Our engagement party is today! It's finally here. The weather looks perfect after weeks of so much rain. It's been so much work getting the house and backyard ready and everything looks terrific. Only about a third of our guest list are coming, but that means we can spend more time with those who will be here. I can't wait for 4 o'clock! I hope everyone else has a great day too!

It was exactly the party that I'd hoped it would be! There were a few minor snags and unfortunately my future in-laws weren't able to make it because my FFIL is on oxygen right now, but everything else came together beautifully.
