Engagement Party Venue - Lexington, KY Area

If there are any brides or vendors on here that are in the LEXINGTON, KY area, I need your help desperately! A few of our friends want to plan us an engagement party. Because the entire bridal party is so spread out, we figured it would be easier if we had it in a city that was a mutual point for everyone. I have been trying to help them find a venue in Lexington, KY as I am more familiar with the area than they are, but I am not having any luck. Every place that I have called, their pricing is absolutely ridiculous! Its just an engagement party, not an actual wedding/reception! Does anyone have any suggestions? Looking for a place where we can bring in our own food and possibly drinks too. If they have a bar that would work as well! PLEASE HELP!!!!! :-)
