Engagement party thanks

One of my bridesmaids is throwing my engagement party this Saturday. She offered to do so of her own volition before I even asked her to be in the wedding party. It’ll be at her house and while it is big, we can’t have every guest come (max 50 people). As far as I’m aware, her and her husband are covering the cost of the food, drinks and any decorations. From the very beginning I’ve told her profusely thankful I am she’s doing this and she doesn’t have to go crazy. I said I’d be fine if she wanted to do light snack and no alcohol (it’s from 11-3) and she’s chosen to do a full lunch spread and beer/wine.
I’m just feeling like verbally thanking her is not enough and I should get her something as thanks. What do y’all think and what would you say is a good thank you gift? Thanks!! 😁
