Emailing Guests

Hi friends!

Does anyone know how on WeddingWire you can mass email a list of guests of your choosing? The only way I know of is the "Collect Addresses" function, but they include a link for people to put their physical address in & I'm afraid that will confuse some of my older guests (no disrespect, they are the majority of people who have not yet RSVP'd because they have trouble working a computer).

I want to send out a friendly reminder to RSVP, but I don't want to confuse someone by having the link to the mailing address location, so is there another way??

Wow! My parents are in their 60s and are on their computers for hours a day. We requested online responses, through our wedding, and 248 of 250 guests responded 10 days before our due date. That included my grandmother - then 87 - who uses her computer primarily to play games.

@Dreamer - that is literally my dream world. I'm a gamer, so it would be fantastic if everyone I knew was so adept!! Most of our families in the older generations are just really adverse to computers. They are not the ONLY people who haven't RSVP'd, of course. Some of them are flaky friends. But I'm pretty sure my FH's gma doesnt even own a computer or a smartphone. Sounds foreign to me in this day & age! :-)
