Elopement

How would you start planning an elopement wedding? We want to have a beach destination wedding, but we havent figured out which beach yet. Just trying to get some ideas on where to start.

Honestly, I just googled “Elopements” in the cities I was interested in and went from there. There are soooo many affordable options out there for elopements.

You can Pinterest some people that have done elopement and I would also suggest checking the websites pop the knot or simply eloped as they specialize in elopements in various cities. Some of them do Los Angeles and some of them do Key West. Also wants you and your fiance decide which beach you'd want to do it at you could probably like the previous poster said just look up elopement packages in the area or look up officiants as some of them will offer cheap wedding packages.

There are tons of elopement packages to make it easy on you (a lot of them will do everything for you, except attire). I googled and watched YouTube videos to get a feel for them. I didn’t go that route though.

We just picked a place we wanted. (Maybe somewhere you both love or you’ve always wanted to go) There weren’t any packages for the specific area we wanted so I planned it myself instead. I just had to book all the vendors just like any other wedding. We eloped yesterday and it was perfect!

Just start searching different cities and emailing venues. I'm planning a destination wedding and the venue we found includes just about everything (catering, coordinator, table settings, band, etc.) Also value customer service and prompt responses! I feel totally comfortable planning my wedding remote knowing I can text my coordinator with any questions, she always responds immediately and is super helpful. I think that's the most important thing.

We’re doing ours at a resort that does all the plans for you! I recommend going all-inclusive so you don’t have to worry about travel, meals, etc on your honeymoon as well.

We’re doing a sandals resort in Jamaica, but there are plenty beach resorts that do weddings. We have a planner (free) who just asks us whatever we want and we pretty much pick everything from a menu. So easy!
