Elopement Bridal Party

Because of COVID, we are forced to have an elopement ceremony with only 25 people. However, we still want our full bridal party there, which is 12 people. That leaves about 10 people in the congregation if 14 of us are standing up front which I think might look funny compared to the small number sitting down. Should we only have the MoH and Best Man stand up there with us and the rest of the bridal party sit down? I'm probably overthinking this but just want to hear some thoughts.

I think that's a pretty good idea! you can have them still walk down the aisle but just take a seat instead

I agree having them walk down the aisle and then take a seat would be perfect. This way you are still recognizing them but also not having your bridal parry outnumber the guests.

Yes i would do excalty what you said. At least they are there...very nice that ypu have your bridal party still involved. Are they still dressing up in their weddi g attire?

Yeah they'll still be in their wedding attire and we'll be taking pictures as well with our photographer. Unless we should wait until next year to do bridal party photos?

I think that's perfect! They can still process in, but then sit down in the front row so the ceremony doesn't look unbalanced. I like keeping your MOH & best man up there with you too!

Hello! What we are doing is eloping in our backyard and only having the best man and my two maids of honor stand up with us! Our elopement is small and we want our whole bridal party there with us, but if we had them all stand up it would be most of the crowd🤷🏻‍♀️
