Eiffel Tower Vase Centerpiece? (pic)

DonnaBelle, on January 29, 2013 at 1:46 PM Posted in Planning 0 3

Is anyone using or have used Eiffel Tower Vases for your centerpieces? I had never heard of an Eiffel Tower vase until today. One of the florists I'm in talks with suggested this as an option for me because I want tall centerpieces for my reception, but because the vase is very narrow, she can do a smaller flower arrangement than on a cylinder vase. Less flowers will help me stay in flower budget. She's suggesting a mound of white hydrangeas and roses. I just wonder how it looks in person. Does anyone have any experience with this or any strong opinion either way about this type of vase and arrangement arrangement?

Those are gorgeous! I'm using eiffel towers for half of my centerpieces. My FI's family has 14 of them that I can use (YEA! for not having to buy them). They are pricey. If you are going to purchase them yourself, I know that Hobby Lobby (if you have one around) has them, and they do 50% off glassware frequently. They just did one a couple of weeks ago, so there will probably be another popping up before too long.
