Eggplant/plum bridesmaid dresses

Lindsey, on October 18, 2017 at 2:14 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 14

Help! I really wanted a deep, rich eggplant color for my bridesmaids, but I can't quite find the perfect shade. Looking for pictures of your eggplant or plum bridesmaid dresses and designers. Specifically, does anyone have bill levkoff plum or mori lee eggplant dress pictures? Thanks!!

Search convertible wrap dresses, they have several shades of purple.

Okay I don't have any pictures but I had my girls try on both mori lee eggplant and the bill levkoff plum and the bill levkoff is more purple in color and darker/deeper than the mori lee.

Bill Levkoff eggplant. It looks very different in different lights. I preferred it to the plum color which I felt was too dark (looks almost black in some lights). The eggplant is a little more rich, IMO.

This was my MOH dress for my best friends wedding last year. Can't remember the designer offhand I'll check when I get home. Bill Levcoff sounds familiar but I know another bridesmaids dress I wore last year was that designer so I'm not sure if they both were or that's why the name is familiar

I'm not sure of the designer but I just bought an eggplant color bridesmaid dress at David's Bridal. Normally it's $169, but it was on sale for $149. They have plenty of dresses in that color.

My sister used Azazie for her wedding and it was great for us bridesmaids. I recently ordered swatches ($2 each I think) of different shades to see if I liked them in person and I'm planning on ordering a couple dresses to try on a bridesmaid to make a final decision ($10 for a sample that you ship back). They have a color called grape you might be interested in!

My bridesmaids wore Lazaro eggplant gowns. They were very dark.

2 swatches from MoriLee brand. One is Eggplant and the other is Bordeaux. I chose satin bridesmaid dresses in the Bordeaux. Tip: take the swatches outside before finalizing the order! I originally chose Eggplant until I walked outside to see them in the regular light!

Azazie has 3 deep purples it looks like. You can order swatches, too. https://www.azazie.com/shop_by/color?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIiN3Zv4b71gIV1TyBCh0_vwchEAAYASACEgKBx_D_BwE
