I Believe you have to meet with the priest and do counseling 4 months before and then in the Nashville diocese we have to go to a retreat that I think is just on the weekend.

I don't know anything about retreats, that's new to me, but I think premarital counseling with the priest is mandatory at any catholic church you may go to pretty much anywhere. I don't think that's a church community or priest specific requirement. The catholic religion requires it in order to marry in a catholic church.

I really don't think this is something you should rush through.

This is different in every church/diocese so you need to meet with the priest at your church and find out what their requirements are.

In my diocese it's a six month program, definitely not something you can (or should) rush through.

Never heard “fast” and “Catholic Church” in the same sentence.

In my Church the only requirement we really had besides one or two quick meetings with our Priest was pre Cana which was just one weekend, two 9 to 5 days.

You may need to contact your home parish and the diocese to get your baptismal certificate, set up your premarital seminar and set premarital counseling.
