Dusty Blue vs. Slate Blue and short vs midi

Honestly colors can vary so much depending on where you get them that's why it's best if you specify that you want the dresses to be purchased from a specific store in a specific color. It's also best to specify that the fabric be the same because the color can even vary based on the type of fabric. As for length, with short dresses they can end up looking all different lengths even if they are the same dress because of height which is one reason I prefer long dresses. I also think long dresses look better for weddings as they are more formal. Without seeing the dresses side by side it is hard to say what they will end up looking like together. I know I saw photos from a wedding my photographer did last year and the bridesmaids wore dresses in different shades of pink and different styles and lengths and I thought it looked a mess and not at all thought out by the bride.

I actually originally wanted my bridesmaids dresses to be dusty blue but the dresses we ended up with was slate blue.

Dusty blue is a lighter blue color than slate blue, but I'm sure the dresses will look fine together if you don't mind that they aren't exactly the same.

One is lighter and the other is darker. Both are beautiful and will compliment each other! Those are actually the colors of my wedding theme Congrats btw!
