Dunkin' Donuts for wedding dessert catering??

Kelly, on January 27, 2021 at 7:36 PM Posted in Planning 0 13

Hi everyone!

Has anyone used Dunkin' Donuts as a caterer for their wedding?? We would love that so much, but I'm not sure if they'd be able to accommodate 300+ donuts in one order.

Thank you!

Call and ask. They can accommodate anything with advance notice

I'm sure they'd be able to with advance notice! Definitely call them and ask, I'm not sure if they'd deliver them to your venue or not, but I'm sure they'd be able to at least accommodate the order if you place it well ahead of time.

I think they probably could. Krispy Kreme does caterer to weddings and other donut shops. We are having a local place ( Hurts Donuts) make us about 120. 🍩🍩🍩🍩

Manager at Dunkin here, we can more then accommodate that order. Most dunkins require at least a weeks notice and payment in full at the time of the order. Some stores can even deliver to your venue. At my store in NYC we catered a wedding and even help set up. The employees were paid OT on top of the tips they made. I'd say check with your local Dunkin 😉.

Oh that sounds like a great idea! I’m sure they would. One venue I looked at had Starbucks so I’m sure Dunkin’ May have the option.

I'm sure they can with enough notice. The bigger issue is going to be with Covid is still a problem. I do see your wedding is over a year away so hopefully Covid won't be as bad as it is now, but I would definitely have a back up plan on how you'd safely serve them to guests. I know for my brother-in-law's wedding they had donuts and guests had to get the donuts themselves, but his wedding was pre-Covid.

Most definitely- as others have pointed out- they can accommodate that if they have advanced notice. We’re going to order our coffee from them- it was cheaper then having our venue supply the coffee.

We ordered doughnuts from a local shop, but they were more than able to accomodate us. As others said, you should call/stop in at your local Dunkin' and ask them about it, but they should be able to work with you (maybe they even have a catering thing on their website?).

I'm sure if you ordered ahead of time they'd be happy to do it

Out of curiosity (if you don't mind): about how much was that? We were also going to look at getting donuts from Hurts, and that's right around how many we'd be looking to get!
