I feel like that's a pretty good list. If you want, I would maybe add ginger ale to that list (I know several people who like whiskey with ginger ale). Otherwise, it seems like you've really covered your bases. Maybe unsweetened iced tea as another non-alcoholic option?

Find out if you need to supply garnishes. . .lemon, limes, pearl onions, olives, cherries, mint

Maybe some juices like OJ and pineapple juice

I just made my bar list. Below are all the mixers and accoutrements on the list. It's very extensive and you probably don't need everything listed. We will have beer, wine, gin, tequila, vodka, scotch, bourbon, whiskey, cognac, and rum.
