Drink problem

How many different non-alcoholic drinks are you offering? I would say at least 3 gallons of water. Mostly because that is everyone's o to non-alcoholic drink but also incase people get hot since you are having a summer wedding.

Your caterer should be able to assist with the charcuterie board.

Your caterer and their bartending service will figure this out for you

I was thinking 2 Gallons of orange juice, 2 Iced tea lemonade, and 2 cucumber water.

on the side maybe a 12 pk la coix and 12 pk of mixed pops ?

But not sure if that is too much, I don't have a caterer for the appetizers it will be only my bridesmaids and I.

I don't have a caterer for appetizers and drinks only have one for reception.

A little back story,

Our ceremony will be in a different location than our reception. Immediately after ceremony there will be appetizers and drinks that my bridesmaids and I will put together.
